The QuickSubmit plugin integrates the main features of a submission and in no way substitutes the submission process. It can not be used by
the authors. It can be considered an administrative tool for the Journal Managers.

## Install:

 * Copy the release source into the PKP product's plugins/importexport folder.
 * Run `tools/upgrade.php upgrade` to allow the system to recognize the new plugin, if OJS doesn't do that automatically
 * Go to Administration -> Tools -> Import/Export -> QuickSubmit Plugin
